Inhalators. i quit smoking 8 weeks ago with the help of inhalators. It takes the edge off the cravings and helps psychologically with something in your hands and mouth.
The patches bought me out in red rashes.
Cannot believe that i am no longer a slave to cigarettes,although still want one sometimes.
Well done to all that have quit and planning to quit and thanks to Jessiecamb and everyone for support.
