Was just wondering what size mortgages other people had, as i have not noticed anyone on this forum with a mortgage as big as mine. Also i wanted to find out if anyone else is overpaying and what tips you have to do this, as i want to reduce my term as much as i can.

Here are my details:

Mortgage taken out: £234000
Term: 30 years (29 years left - but am overpaying at the moment in order to reduce this)
MFW 2016 No 68 £1300/£8500 No new toiletries Cook sth different

We remortgaged at the start of 2006, taking out a £ 71000 over 25 years, we remortgaged again in Jan 2008 taking out a £56000 over 14 years.

We now owe just under £21000 and are hoping to have it paid off at some point next year.
