Go to your tesco grocery shopping and find Flora butter. On that page there is a test to take to determine your heart age. It only takes a minute and you get 50 points for doing so.

I found it! Thanks OP! Type in flora as if you were searching for it for a shop and underneath the search box comes up a banner to click on to take the heart age quiz! HTH

It told me my heart was 7 years older than my actual age, due to my BMI, which is 22 and in their 'normal' catergory.
Errrr ok then!!
