BT Free Connection Offer Extended to 16/2/2010

Looks like its been extended to 16/2/2010.
"Unlimited Weekend Plan connection charge special offer
No connection offer improved and extended until 16th February 2010. Available to eligible new customers who agree to take the Unlimited Weekend Plan (£11.54 monthly line rental) for 18 months, and make at least 10 chargeable or inclusive calls per month. Otherwise, you'll need to pay compensation charges of £6.80 for every month that that you don't make these calls. Monthly prices quoted are with payment by Direct Debit and paper-free billing. Standard connection charge £124.99. Conditions apply."

You now need to take BT broadband to get the free installation.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -

You are right I had missed the small print at the bottom of this page. With such a short extension sounds like it maybe coming to an end finally and that it will only be offered with broadband, which would fit as BT are now allowed to offer discounted bundles.
