At what point does MoM 'noise' become 'recovery'? :p

As I've said before, literally everybody on here is expecting a series of drops at some point but it won't stop the rabid 'told you sos' when it actually happens

I have certainly given up......dont care anymore. My house is a long term investment. These short term monthly ups and downs are irrelevant unless you are entering or leaving the market.
Please remember other opinions are available.

Im actually now starting to think a series of drops is unlikley. Might get a one or two month blip in Jan/Feb. Interest rate rises (whenever this will happen) will cool down the rather rapid HPI into much smaller monthly increases.

In all seriousness, I don't think they can keep rising unabated like this, I would fully expect that next year = stagnation essentially as interest rates are put up slightly towards the end of the year.

Who knows though. Never expected to such a surge in 2009, so 2010 is going to be very interesting.
