At what point does MoM 'noise' become 'recovery'?

Im actually now starting to think a series of drops is unlikley. Might get a one or two month blip in Jan/Feb. Interest rate rises (whenever this will happen) will cool down the rather rapid HPI into much smaller monthly increases.0 -
In all seriousness, I don't think they can keep rising unabated like this, I would fully expect that next year = stagnation essentially as interest rates are put up slightly towards the end of the year.
Who knows though. Never expected to such a surge in 2009, so 2010 is going to be very interesting.0 -
