Can I ask if you think your Box is worth the money and how much do you pay? Sorry for being nosey.

oh i miss this thread, i don't really have a chance to plan at the mo as am at my folks but i'm getting my mum a bit more organised and we're going to start putting a list on the fridge, so hopefully i'll be back in over the weekend once we've planned it out!Nonny mouse and Proud!!

Burp - My husband hates fish too, so I do that same thing.
He still drinks coffee in the house when I hate the smell of it though :rolleyes:0 -
I love this thread, but it always makes me feel so hungry - no matter what I've planned for the week I always ending up envying everyone else's meals!
Anyway, I'm back on menu planning this week - I didn't get round to it last week as I'd only just got back from holiday. My week is:
Tonight - posh tomato, cheese and basil pizza
Saturday - aubergine parmigiana (layered with tomato sauce and mozzarella - yum!), then plum and almond crumble (I don't usually do puds but I've got to take my car on a 45 mile round trip to the garage's choice of mechanic so I figure I deserve a treat!)
Sunday - roast chicken legs with mediterranean veg
Monday - chicken and salsa stuffed pepper
Tuesday - roast veg, pasta and hm tomato pesto
Wednesday - veg chilli and garlic bread
Thursday - crab and courgette bake (a recipe I "borrowed" from this thread last week - I never said thank you to the poster so ... er ... thanks very much!)
Right - now I'll wait for everyone else's suggestions to come in and start wishing I'd planned something else. Sigh!Back after a very long break!0 -
Doing really well, a bit of juggling of days but meals are staying as is.....so proud!
SUN- Roast Pork / Yorkies / Roasties / Veg
MON- Chicken Fajitas w/salad
TUE- LO Roast Pork / Fried Potatoes / Coleslaw / Roll
WED- Gammon Steak / Egg / Chips
THU- BH's day off, either out or he's in charge if home
FRI- Macaroni Cheese w/Bacon / Garden Salad
SAT- Fish~n~Chips
All HM except the Yorkies (Aunt Bessies ready to bake batters) and the Fish~n~Chips (from the chippy!)
In a baking mood, not sure what but it will have to be on hand - not buying any special ingredients.0 -

Well, with thanks to everyone on here for inspiring me, last week's worked so I'll give it another go this week:
Sunday – Roast with lots of veggies
Monday – Rest of roast with home made oven chips & roast veggies
Tuesday – Bacon, lettuce & tomato sarnies
Wednesday – Mushroom risotto & garlic bread
Thursday – Baked spuds with cheese & beans & sausages
Friday – Chicken Curry with rice
Saturday – not sure yet – will see what’s left
The prices in the staff canteen at work have gone up horrendously this last few weeks so I'm going to try & organise myself enough to take a packed lunch every day too :money:0
