:: Note from the Forum Team. This thread has now been closed due to its length. Please post in the new Alcohol self help thread III.
Here we are with a new thread.
I would like to say a big thankyou, to everyone who posted with support on the old thread, we all really appreciate it. :kisses3:
Hi, If you've just come in.
If you think you may have an alcohol problem or you know you have, or you are interested because a family member has, or you're just interested, you are all welcome.
We had another thread that has now been locked, you can find it here .
If you have a look through it, you will find out alot more than just coming straight here to the end of the thread.
If you need to talk to someone urgently, or just talk to someone about it, please contact one of the below, we all are battling our demons, one way or another, but we will all know what you are going through, because we are as well..........

Or evenRoast_Peacock wrote:Skin the peacock, keeping neck and head intact, mount it
on a wire frame with feathers spread, to use as a cover
for the fowl when cooked.
Lard the carcass with bacon, stuff with turkey forcemeat,
fix it on a spit, and roast it two hours or more before
a brisk fire, basting continually with white wine. Put
the wired skin over the bird and serve with rich gravy
garnished with watercress.
