If you have any bank fees that they have taken from you then claim now

    Can someone help me ,My son has a currunt acount with HSBC,Sometimes he became overdrawn,They would charging him £100.00 a time each time he overdrawed,He has no creditcards.
    In easy terms does he stand any chance of claiming or does he not fit in to the terms,Please help.

    Yes he should certainly try. Have a look at the https://www.bankactiongroup.co.uk website. Everything you need to know is on there. I'm currently in dispute with Nationwide and BAG have helped a lot.

    theyve threatened closure if i sue again, but im closing it anyway

    Money as already gone in

    Took about 2 1/2 weeks alltogether this, i was expecting a lot more resistance or waiting!

    Either way dont be intimidated by the process or the bank, the Law over rides any terms and conditions, in fact there is a law to stop this sort of unfair charges but its not illegal thats why they can do it!

    Once there in court they know they will lose

    Good luck anyone else who wants there money back

    I'm currently in the process of claiming back over £2k, so I hope mine goes as easily! I'd love to be able to whack another £2k off of my debts overnight!
