1000 Free Boots Advantage Card points for random card holders
I found this on the Advantage Card kiosk instore (looks a bit like a Boots ATM machine)...
200,000 lucky Boots Advantage Card holders have been pre-selected at random to receive 1000 AC points which is equivalent to £10 to spend on products in Boots.
To find out if you are one of the lucky 200,000 head down to a Boots with an Extra Offers kiosk, put your card in, look through all the offers and follow the on screen instructions, you'll find out instantly if you've won and will be able to print out a voucher to be presented at the till, no cash alternative.
This offer is open to all who have a permanent Advantage Card as of 1st March 2009. Closing date to pick up your points voucher is 19th May 2009.
Good luck and please report back if you are one of the lucky ones.
Official MoneySavingExpert.com Insert:
Many thanks to geordie_lass for the top spot. There are 14 million Advantage card offers. If you're one of the 200,000 winners, points can be spent on anything in stores (not online) except of gift vouchers/cards, baby milk (up to 6 months), prescriptions, mobile phone top-up cards, stamps and insurance or at Boots Opticians.
Of course Boots is doing this to get people to go into stores, and to start using the promo machines more. Its quite an easy to spend in shop, so do decide whether you 'need' anything before walking in and checking out whether you've got the tenner.
You can read more about increasing your loyalty points in the Boots Treasure Trove guide.

I'm going to pop in after work tonight, I've been meaning to buy some more hairbands, too, so this will give me a good excuse! Thanks to geordie_lass, great find! x
