Hi there  I've just been out to check the freezer, so thought I'd start the thread in Pen-pin's absence :DI’m still doing a Storecupboard Challenge, so the items in bold are those I’m using up.

Thursday – spaghetti bolognaise (with butternut squash, shallots, sweetcorn, peppers, garlic)

Friday – garlic and lemon chicken

Saturday – soup, HM bread
Pizza and Strictly

Sunday – lunch as Saturday
DH is home from China so he’ll roast something

Monday – HM vegetable and bean burgers, HM bread rolls

Tuesday – curry or potato bake with leftover roast

Wednesday – something with prawns and cream

I’m having a baking day today (sponge cake, cookies, apple braids, apple pie).

Have a great week, Penny. x

Thanks for posting this, I have just said I need to have a use up so here goes my attempt.....

Thursday - Baked potato with beans (change of plan after DP went to work early so just me)
    Friday - Sausages
Saturday - Fish, peas and chips
    Sunday - Out I believe
Monday - Minced beef lattice, mash and veg
Tuesday - Chicken with veg curry and rice
Wednesday - whatevers in that tub at the back of the freezer, I think it's steak casserole. It could be roast beef in gravy. Will defrost and serve with spuds of some sort and veg.

Might need to switch days around, alternatives for the boys where needed but DS1s having school lunch today and tomorrow for a change, for that lot above I will need to buy......mushrooms, potatoes, cheese and maybe some veg depending if I find any blanched stuff in there when I search today oh possibly few more sausages...depends how manys in the bag I spotted in the freezer. Most of that is actually made in the freezer inc curry, lattice, bol sauce etc, stew/whatever it is so an easier week cooking wise aswell.

That's quite mad actually as I was considering a big shop today, for other meals (brekkie and lunches inc pack ups) will need to make some rolls, bread, buy some of those oven bottom buns DP insists on (failed to replicate them so far), ham, cheese? salad and some yoghurts. Make some treats for the boys for which I will need eggs and not much else I don't think, skips DS1s been asking for aswell, oh and waffles for his brekkie. Fruit I will put up at the local F&V shop. Milk gets delivered so that's sorted.
One day I might be more organised...........
