Just a quick poll to find out the proportion of FSCS email's being diverted by spam filters 
Could those who ticked the "diverted as spam" box please state which ISP/email client you use so we can see which ones are guilty please?

I think you need to say what spam filter you use as well (as Jem does). I have noticed that the outlook spam filter has been catching far too many genuine emails recently (on lowest setting) and have had to turn it off.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). In complete contrast I also have a Gmail account which is staggeringly good at getting it right.0 -

Sorry, Windows mail; have Vista so no longer on Outlook. Please be patient with me; recently dead hubbie used to do computing, and I'm still really struggling......0 -
