in It's gone, but was it any good?
Just picked up a Mega Deals leaflet from my local argos, they have a white gamecube, mario super smash football, controller and memory card for £49.99, £30 off the usual £79.99 price.

    Argos are offering, until the 14th December a Pearl White Gamecube (Same style as Xbox 360 apparently) with Mario Smash Football game AND a free extra controller plus memory card, all for the sum of £49.99 (Down from £79.99).

    My local store said Tuesday to order for collection, but my next nearest store has them in stock NOW, meaning I would also get my £5 voucher if spending 20p more (Charity donation :D). So £45 give or take a few pence, including the Mario game which is worth £30 - £35 on its own! (A pretty new release).

    P.S it seems to show full price on the website, but I'm sure if you reserved it you can just show them the latest sales flyer if shown the wrong price at the tills :)

    I have just bought one, it goes through the till at £49.99, not the £79.99 that is stated on the web site.

    Wow! I've just reserved one at my store in Leeds so will pop down on the way home. I was almost tempted at the £79.99 price based on the resale value of Smash Football but this is a definite!! Fingers crossed.

    Can anyone scan a copy of this leaflet or at least give a brief description of what’s on the cover so I know what to look for? I have a mad dash of about 15 minutes after work to get there and order!

    PS does that 20p gift donation really work if you want to get the £5 voucher?
