Code seems to be for new customers placing a first order and is £30 off a £60 spend, I'm guessing it will work with Littlewoods Direct, Littlewoods, Empire Stores, Great Universal, Kays, and Additions Direct too.

When I tried to use this code online, it says 'ZG430 Code only available on 1st order. Voucher rules not met'

I rang them to say that this is my first order, but I was told that you can only use the code over the phone and that you have to have a customer number to do so - i.e. you have to have received a personalised mailing from them for the code to be valid.

Has no one else had this problem?

Hi have just used the code and it did work so have got my £30 discount but I had a few hitches on the way so this might be useful to others!

When you place your order and put in the code a little message appears a few lines up from the voucher code box which says something like 'voucher will be processed at checkout'. When you get to checkout and try to pay by credit card it says voucher not valid. However if you then click set up account the voucher will work and still allow you to use a credit card to pay at the final stage. However, don't do what I did and forget to input the code again once you have set up the account otherwise you account gets charged the full price!:eek: Have just phoned cancelled the original order and gone thru the process again and this time I got the discount - yee ha! Thanks very much for this - great find.:T

It still won't let me use the code - I've no idea what I'm doing wrong!

I've set up an account and when I put in the promo code it says it will be redeemed at checkout.

Then when I click Go to Checkout it says 'ZG430 Code only available on 1st order. Voucher rules not met'.

I've never placed an order with them before so it's a mystery, and I'm very envious of all you people who've managed to make it work! :mad:
