I'm doing a hamper for a ginger loving friend and wondered if anyone has seen anything nice on their travels? I've only just started it and so far I have stem ginger in syrup and ginger sauce. I'll also get some ginger nuts, posh ginger biccies (Duchy Originals I think) and some chocolate coated ginger from the health food shop. I'll make her a little felt gingerbread man and maybe put in a biscuit one too. I'll arrange it all in a nice basket and put some brown tissue paper around it and a big orange bow.
But what about something non-food related? What could I put in there? Any ginger smellies around?

If you're putting in a gingerbread man how about adding this little rhyme (Jamtarts idea from the under £5 comp).....
The Perfect man
He's quiet, he's sweet,
And if he gives you any trouble,
You can bite his head off!0 -

The Body Shop sell quite a few ginger products, but they're a bit pricey - possible you could get 'em cheaper off ebay though. They also sell ginger home fragrance oil, which might be nice? Or you could possibly see if you can find a ginger scented candle - there's bound to be some around this near to Christmas.0

Okay to save my neck, what about a book about ginger, or print off some ginger facts, teas containing ginger, make up some home remdies using ginger, look out for stuff from Lush containing ginger???
