Please just ignore me if I'm talking out of context (i've got major jet lag at the mo!) but £150 for 3-4 nights at a camp site doesn't sound like a good deal to me? If I've got it right

December 2005 I managed to get a package for my family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids age 16, 13 and 10 to Gran Canaria for a week inc. flights and accom. for £721, thats £144 each! Weather was hot, beaches were geat and hired a car (£140) for the week and saw lots of the beautiful island.

I'm not nocking any deal that the Sun may be offering, but sometimes you can think you're getting a good deal when actually you're not!

Good things come to those who wait......... but the best will be taken by those who got there first ;)

everyone deserves a lil holiday :D

jopsey ive looked on my priority form and the only tel # i can see is the talking brochure one :(

yep very true... will go anyways... but it will just mean a little bit of hard work i dont mind though... btw do you know if this years october sun holiday will be roughly the same time as last year... i want to book it off work :rotfl: just incase i decide to go :rotfl:

jopsey i cant find a phone number either... can you try last years (on last years thread black saturn posted) otherwise you will just have to do another original one... i thought it was strange because under my address it says has your address changed and you can write you new address... well to me if it was addressed to me to this address and i had moved i wouldnt be opening the mail anyways... unless it was redirected... strange
  • I went on a Sun holiday in October, went to Riviere Sands Haven park in Hayle, Cornwall, really enjoyed it.

Here is a link to the Sun website, hope it works as I havent posted a link before.

i agree the portugal ones dont seem that great value

esp as even if theres only 2 of you going you have to pay for 4

the UK and french ones i find are good value though

esp as some of the UK ones have free facilities passes etc :)

we saved over £100 + by booking through the sun last year :)
  • Has anyone got todays online code please? :)
  • I noticed this on the Sun website:

    19. Pets are NOT permitted for bookings at any of the parks in this offer. If your park and specific holiday home is able to accept pets this will be shown on your confirmation and payment for pets should be made direct to your holiday park.

Really wanted to book this as a cheap holiday with our well behaved dog. Does anybody know if there is any way of ensuring the holiday home offered will accept pets?

Some Haven sites take pets but you obviously have to stay in the shabbier caravans.
