Glam/Chopsticks, Liam is exactly the same. A pain in the bum at sleeping during the day (he just won't give in, I think he feels like he's going to miss something) but no problems getting himself off to sleep at bedtime, unless he is seriously over tired. I have no problems rocking, cuddling to sleep during the day, if it means I'll have a sleepy baby for night time ;)

i definitely think i'll do this during the day - he's sparko on me now :j
like u say id rather he slept better at night.

fitzio - I just want him to sleep for longer at night which he will if i settle him down earlier than 11pm. he used to feed at different times but always 3hrs apart & 4hrs at night but has now dropped the 11pm feed. the last week the times have started to be roughly the same so maybe holly will do this in a week or so
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Where does the time go?

mm....sounds like a plan for my tea tonyt!! thankyou!
I have a baby who won't stop grumbling :( Seems I'm not happier alone than with OH, and rely on parents longterm isn't an option so I don't really know what to do.

perhaps you should give yourself a few more days? You have only been apart from him for a couple days now??
Just away to eat my dinner now, kinda fell asleep for 3hours, whoopsies.

I'll try and catch up but it looks a lot ......

how do you ladies manage to steal naps during the day!? Im jealous!!

Hi Susan!! Glad to see ou back, I missed your posts! :o We are the same with Katie, we had to upgrade from small pencils to long pencils as there was just no wear in them!! hehe

Aww, fall outs and bum pats and stroppy babies (((hugs all round)))

Feelie, I suggest you get some card, paint and glitter and your and Toby make Reindeer Christmas cards (Sami could provide the pic?) Will give you something fun to do at night with Toby. Then make some salt dough and if you add a little oil and keep working it, it will get to a nice consistency for Toby hand prints. Bake them off and paint them when he is sleeping. Just thinking of thongs to keep your mind occupied.

  • I'm meeting a friend for coffee this afternoon. I suppose I need to look up train times for Monday meet. MFD on Tuesday, and will go see Tobys Great Aunt on Wednesday.

Today is okay so far, LO still isn't feeding great tho :( He is 7 months today :)

Getting lots of phantom kicks at the moment, is that normally after 7 months?
