As an existing Flexi-Account holder with debit card, ive just applied and been accepted for another Flexi-Account with another debit card, are Nationwide really happy for people to have two current accounts.
If so having two debit cards would be very useful when it comes to cashback site gambling deals. :j
Was wondering if anyone who has already applied has had any confirmation through the post that they are within the first 4000 for the 75.00 bribe and being as nothing was mentioned during the application process about which additional product is planned to take out. ( or the 1000.00 savings option) does any info about this come through the post.0 -
i been accepted for a second card aswell, want to put a 1000 pounds into the cash builder cccount but abbey havent set up my stainding order yet lol.0

Shame we applied for our joint Flex just before this! I now have 2 debit cards, 2 overdrafts and a pile of chequebooks!0

EITHER
switch an account from elsewhere AND buy another product
OR
simply move £1,000 of new money into an eSavings account via your existing FlexAccount.
Interesting reading of T&C section 4 - I was assuming it was 4.1 AND then either one of the products mentioned in 4.2 or the money into savings account (ie savings account money also included in 4.2) but the formatin gdoes suggest otherwise.
Anyway have gone for it for wife and I on joint account with 2x1k transfers to saving a/c and switch of two 1dd, 1 so accounts maintained for these offers so hiopefully we are covered on all bases.
Outstanding questions:
Can we both get the bonus?
I took advantage of the offer about 2 (?) years ago when it was a single account in my name and got 100 quid so they may not want to give a second switching bonus?
(Taking the proverbial really aren't I :rotfl: )I think....0 -

Took her name etc, but then decided not to go for this particular offer.0
