Me, too. But that's better than "lost" cheques.
Anyone know how long it takes to receive the dosh from Global Test Market?
And, since I'm here, I still haven't had my e-vouchers from Lightspeed ...I'm not just talking about my wife, I'm talking about my LIFE, and I'm not just talking about MY life, I'm talking about everybody's life. I'm talking about form. I'm talking about content, I'm talking about interrelationships. I'm talking about God, the devil, Heaven, Hell. Do you understand...FINALLY?0 -

I have had two surveys now from Global Test Market that have asked a question like 'which of these sports do you like?' and when you tick the boxes relevant to you, then try to progress on to the next screen I keep getting a message saying 'Please complete this question before proceeding'.
I have completed the damn question but it just will not let me proceed. I emailed GTM the first time and asked them to sort it out and had quite a quick response from them saying that it had been sorted. It had not. I emailed them again and agian they said it had been sorted. I went back to complete the survey and the time had elapsed!!!!
Today it has happened again. Another email to GTM. Just waiting for a response this time. Grrrrrrrr! This really annoys me!!! :mad:People die, buildings burn, but true love is for ever.

Lightspeed owned me £10 in Amazon vouchers, which I never received. After two "firm" emails to them, I've had a link emailed to me where I can choose which High Street vouchers I want, but no Amazon voucher. Oh well, I appear to be a lot luckier than some of you ...Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0

Just bumping this for the benefit of other users, in particular those who use lightspeed - curious as to whether this is a bigger problem than we realise...The word is BOUGHT, not BROUGHT.

I've been waiting for months for a voucher link to be emailed, I had one reply apologising but since then zilch
I think this a huge problem as there lots of members on Bob's complaining too.0 -
Then I think that we should not give them our time for nothing, and stop completing their surveys. Firms will not pay them to carry out surveys if they have no active panellists.I'm not just talking about my wife, I'm talking about my LIFE, and I'm not just talking about MY life, I'm talking about everybody's life. ....which raises another question....
Presumably, by paying you in vouchers, you're not technically employed?
Just asking really, testing the water, because:
Most surveys are around 15mins=100points, yeah?
so 60mins=400points=£4...
So, technically less than min wage.
I know i'm being facetious in a way, but i'm just courting opinion. The word is BOUGHT, not BROUGHT.

Quite right. I've often thought what pitiful rates they pay us ... But just look at how many people are doing surveys.
But that's all the more reason to put pressure on Lightspeed by withdrawing our co-operation until our "pay" is received. It would mean that commissioning companies might be more likely to consider other market research agencies.I'm not just talking about my wife, I'm talking about my LIFE, and I'm not just talking about MY life, I'm talking about everybody's life.
