I went into my local Nationwide today with the application forms and they said that this bond has now been withdrawn. Doesn't appear to be a replacement yet either.0

Just spoken to HO, they confirm 1 year fixed rate ISA 6.15% is still available.0 -

Just a heads up. I asked about this Nationwide ISA at my local branch and was told it is available, however only for this tax year. The woman said the rates will probably change for next tax year (I expect they'll drop) and you can only open it up for then the week after 6th April.0

I applied for the 2 year version about a couple of hours ago.
I picked up the form for this on Monday but they had none in today.
2 people came in asking for it whilst I was waiting , only to be told there may be some in tomorrow... Glad I got it when I did !

Hi Guys an'gals,
does anyone know anymore about these accounts?
I was planning to go for the 2 year fixed at 6.15% but not untill the new tax year, any info of withdrawal of this product or a change in rate.
cheers.

Someone posted last week that they thought it was being withdrawn, when I rang NW HO, I was told that it's still available and they had not heard anything about it being withdrawn. Their website still lists it as available. However, if you click on their link for details of the leaflet there's still a message saying that the leaflet's unavailable as it's being updated.0

cheers 10_66,
thats as much as i know too, unless something better comes up i want this account
as i rekon a 2 year fix at a good rate is just about right, maybe 18 months which is what the Skipton were offering with their easter bond, I took advantage of that one too.
