  • Bought a cheap fleece blanket from Netto so i don't feel tempted to put heating on in day.

    Got enough washing to economy 7 overnight, haven't needed to use the tumble dryer because of nice weather (Bit damper today)

    Having a tidy the house day today, so i shan't spend anything else today.

    Think I have cracked save £10 a day in February Challenge, just got to tot up totals.

    I will check online banking
    Dinner out of the Freezer tonight
    If I get time might do some baking tonight.

    That's it for today.:D

    Today, i will

    *put my washing out, even though its a bit dull,its blowing!
    *pick daughter up from parents,and come straight home instead of going out
    *post ebay items i've sold
    *have a dig round for some more to list, there's stuff everywhere!
    *make tea from the freezer
    *plan meals for next week, writing shopping list

    I've never joined in on this before, hope you don't mind....:o

    3. emptied my purse of change (into my little savings jar!) so when I go to work tonight I wont be tempted by the vending machines!!!
  • Afternoon people

    Today I:
    * got a lift into work this morning
    * got home free by using my free bus pass
    * will make something nice for dinner using lots of fresh vegetables
    * will do some washing on low temps
    * have done my pigspack click thrus
    * has signed up for some free courses
    * have been offered extra hours at work as of 3/3/08
    * will work on my self-employed business
    ... busy busy!

    - bought DS some clothes in charity shop for when we go on holiday in a couple of weeks
    - bought some items in the sale in boots
    - bought some WHSmiths christmas cards for 25p
    - spent less than a fiver on valentines card and present
    - walked into town and back, saving on petrol and gym membership!!

    hi everyone,hope you have all had a good day,

    Today i have

    taken lunch and snacks into work,made lunch for tomorrow.
    my dh and i only sent cards this year not bought presents.
    Dh working away from home this week but will be back tomorrow,he is going to take me out for a meal on saturday,his treat.

    received two samples of perfume in post today,i had not sent away for them,so it was a nice surprise.

    Saw my mum after work,she owned me 12.00.

    done clicks,surveys and going to do some comps now.

    last but not least,i did not spend any money today,when i think what i used to spend each day before i joined this. Thank you everyone for making me see the errors of my ways.:T

    took my car to a meeting and claimed back the milage allowance.i don't normally do this so i'll be 9.40 better off soon

    didn't buy card for OH :p

    listed some things on amazon

    wrapped my Amazon book ready to post it tomorrow

    checked online banking

    asked for OT for this weekend (was refused but at least i asked)

    I don't really feel as though i have done very much today but it's says like these that make me want to try harder the next. :rotfl:
