Evening all. Not many things from me today as have been at work then college.

    My dfw things have been:
    -Got a lift into work
-Walked to the train station instead of getting the bus
-Took some loose change from my change jar to the bank
-Put back the more expensive sandwich and bought the one that was over a pound cheaper.
-Went into the shop and only bought the groceries i needed rather than what i wanted.
    -Also did a mystery shop

  • A little bit of wombling in Tescos at lunchtime, saved my pennies and put them in the big penny tin (and old Quality Street tin), and done a Valued Opinions survey.
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!

    • got a 7 year old birthday present (part of it was an choc egg had got a message written on it, got my dh one for his easter so instead of £5.99 each got 2 for £10 at Thorntons
    • mum gave me the tesco 75% voucher for Persil washing up powder she got through the door.
    • listed item on ebay
    Tesco points: 101 (£21.50, £19.50, £7.50, £21 & £5)
    Boots points: £0.28
    Pigsback points: 715 (4 xBoots£10 & 1 xPizzaHut£10, 2 x £10 clothing vouchers)
    Mutual points: 3417 (redeemed 8250)
    Rpoints:redeemed 28925 points)Cashbag:£8.91(£20)
  • Well I refocused my life 2evenings ago.

Saved on bus fare by walking in the cold for two days £3.60
    Saved on lunches £7.25

Total in two days £10.85 (and one of the lunches I could of saved more!)

Not a HUGE figure but say £50 a week on average = £2.5k in a year!?!?

MUST keep focused and motivated for it though - cos it was cold!

Will also place at least five items on ebay each week!
