Ebay user spamming me

ebay don't care they claim lack of evidence. Either 1. This person is spamming me or 2. somebody has goen to a lot of trouble using forged emails header sand is trying to get back at this person and thus spamming people.

I am taking this further and have decided to refude to buy anything off Ebay until they start to take this matter seriously

I sent an email to Pipex abuse@gxn.net and BT [email]abuse@@btopenworld.com[/email] about this spammer along with email headers. BT are investigating, please contcat them the more the better that have been spammed by this person. Pipes aint replied yet. I even emails the spammer but they havent replied.

I contacted Pipex about it - not heard anything (surprise, surprise). I started another thread on this subject - sorry I didn't see this one.

I contacted Ebay given them the link to thsi thread as two other people have ben spammed by this person. I am not sure what over evidence Ebay want the email headers either are legit or forged.

Looks Like they are using Pipex. I send themn another email later. If they fail to take action I will contcat the Information Commisoner further as I have so today and they told me to await there response.

I goy exactly the same responses that you posted. I also got a customer satisfaction survey about how they handled the complaint. :mad:

I am sure I don't have to say what sort of rating they got from me.

My reply to eBay:

This is simply not good enough! Look at http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=817790 and you will see that at least four people who read that forum alone have received the same spam. I am not the only one to complain about it either. Your dismissal of my complaint is simply insulting. I exect you to do better - no wonder eBay is getting such a bad reputation.

I look forward to a considered reply from a human being.

Well Ebay are a watse of time, no surprise there they often allow illegal activities.

Pipex so far are useless despite emailing them twice they aint responding. I got enough !!!! to deal with at mo due to my bloddy council roll on ombusman and media attention, but if its a fight they want including Pipex, then so be it, as I am now so enraged with anger I wont take no for an answer.

I ring Pipex tommorow just hope I have calmed down by then.
