Hi there my gorgeous fellow Bootsers!!:D Has any of my fellow Aberdonians been to the Boots at Bridge of Dee lately? Is it worth a trip? I was in Dyce branch yesterday and they only had the talc tubs and the bath salts oh and a couple of Dr Who bubble baths! Nothing in Bon-Accord either apart from Computed Laptop bags(heaps of),bubble baths and a few of the gold & purple clutch bags,oh and the usual 100+ Stella Gift sets;)! I am getting withdrawals from not spending my money on the Boots sale!!:D
On a happy note i did get 3 highlighters last week and 2 packs of the Always +Freshelle then didn't notice till i got home i had a 100 points on always voucher:( (typical eh? Never mind) Also used another of my £5 vouchers for a Total Effects cream wash + my 500 points pc voucher:D So my advantage card is back up to just under £50 and i still have another 2 500pts pc vouchers and 2 £5 Facial vouchers(guess what i will be doing again this week;) ):D
    Thought for today:-
There comes a time in your life when you realise who matters, who used to matter and those that never did;)
:T Now facing my debts instead of hiding from them!:T

Thanks to everyone on here than has helped me through my darkest days!:D

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Offer instore

Buy Ralph Lauren Romance perfume 50ml or above and get a HUGE box of Lindt chocolates with it...not the traditional swiss ones, but some pink truffle variety? Box easily 500g size. Sorry, didn't get too much detail as in a bit of a rush.

Am guessing the valentines market may have something to do with this promotion...

Just got back from London Colney Boots and had a really good experience there.

I don't really use the No7 makeup (or any makeup at all) as I have very sensitive skin and cannot put anything on it - I even have prescription moisturizer ! However, I couldn't resist the free illuminating powder to use as a prezzie. When I got there the No7 SA went through a lot of their cheaper products that I could use to get the powder for free! She even told me about the buy 2 items and the powder and you only pay for one! I followed her advice and it worked. She also said that if any of the products did cause a reaction then I was to bring them all back and I would get a full refund! When I went to the tills to pay my favourite SA was on and she was amazed and how much money I got off and told me to do it again and gave me a magazine to take the voucher out o f :A! Of course I went and did it again and then again! I also got loads of free stuff with the £5 voucher. Never had such good customer service.

Someone asked on this thread if there was any No7 reduced stuff in Hertfordshire. There are a few item in London Colney on the actual No7 stand.

Welwyn Garden City does not stock the illuminating powder and hasn't much skincare that you can get for free (someone has cleared them out of the cleansing wipes )

Did anyone manage to get the ELC Rosebud Doll's house in the sale? Only reason I ask is because I've just been on the ELC website and some of the matching furnitiure sets are reduced http://www.elc.co.uk/GiftFinderGroupResults.php?page=2&gift_idea_id=1381&sid=9128653&champwords=&orderby=&filter=filter&category=534#refreshTop

Just wish I'd have got one too

I asked this in the other thread before it disappeared.
can you use the vouchers more than once from the change one thing? do you need more than one voucher or one is enough and you ask for it back after it has been scanned? everyone was reporting about the trident gum 2 weeks ago, so not usre what they did.

No, you can't use the same voucher twice, as the SA takes it's when you pay. However, you can use as many vouchers as you like (in different transactions). Everytime I go into boots I pick up a quit booklet and get a pk of gum. Got quite a few of these:D
  • Both mine and hubby's cards have started working for the first time ever, after a year of having them, so for all those having problems maybe give it another go. Boots here we come!

....but i can't help my self. It is addictive as when i go to do a deal or glitch i get nervous and excited then the buss when you pull it off you are on a high. Oops that sounds bad think we will all be in rehab soon.

I'm like that... I obsess* about going to boots. I get nervous and excited getting there, my heart races at the till, and I marvel at the till receipts several times when I pull it off. :D I'm not worried, but it does seem weird, to say the least.
