I asked this in the other thread before it disappeared.
can you use the vouchers more than once from the change one thing? do you need more than one voucher or one is enough and you ask for it back after it has been scanned? everyone was reporting about the trident gum 2 weeks ago, so not usre what they did.
Every time I used them they have been kept by the SA, so one use only.
If you see them instore. grab a handful. Not all the books carry the same vouchers, so check them out first. Some have water vouchers but no Trident, and vice versa.~ What goes around comes around ~0 -
What's the glitch with the water vouchers and the Trident gum, please? (Or does everyone just really like water and Trident gum?)0

.............read a sign behind the counter which said that if a customer returns Lee Stafford (I think) straighteners which are on a recall, if they have the receipt, to give them the price paid, but if they don't have one, then give them £36.99. Sorry to be vague but it was very small and around the corner of a wall so customers not supposed to see.
If you have any to return on a product recall, it might be worth trying without the receipt first.0 -
Fantastic toy bargains at W/E frm Basingstoke, got Science Museum mini flying saucer (Vectron Peewee) for £1.56 originally was over £20. Also Crystal growing kit & Royal Ballet Ballerina doll £1.24 each. They were putting out lots of stuff from boxes on Sat, so might be worth going back. Toys were downstairs near the opticians bit.0

I ordered a Barbie stool and keyboard and a tin of sweets, only the sweets came, the Barbie keyboard is out of stock even though I ordered it. So a tin of sweets cost me £3.95 with the postage0

Just wondered if anyone had bought the Dora bowling games and if it is any good. Managed to get one for our daughter's birthday in March, not sure if it looks a bit naff so if someone could tell me either way that would be great.0

A few people have asked what are the cheapest Time Delay items that can be paid for with the Skincare voucher. I’m finding that the cheaper items such as the wipes are selling out fast, but if you are willing to pay a few extra pounds (why let a good £5 voucher go to waste?) there are a few of items that will come in handy for us girls of all ages.
First is the Lip Plumper, for an extra £2 this is a handy piece of kit for any age. I’ve been using this once a day for nearly a week and can see a real difference, feels nice and tingly too. Good for a subtle Angelina Jolie look or just to make your once full lips appear again if you’re a “certain age” like me.
Second is the Repair Radiance Balm for an extra £3.50. This is a light diffusing serum, on a par with Clarins Beauty Flash Balm I would say, but way cheaper. This is a godsend for pepping up the appearance of your skin after a late night up with a baby, a heavy party night or even a long day out Bootsing, a rescue remedy if you like until the 3 pints of water kicks in. You can use this on its own or under make-up. I’ll definitely be buying this one again.
The Instant Eye Brightener for an extra 50p is good too, a little goes a long way though so this pot is set to last me for months, I wish I hadn’t bought three.
PS. I’ve just noticed there is already a Geordielass on these boards, aargh sorry, I didn’t notice before I picked my username. I’m the one with the underscore, my apologies for any confusion. Is there any way I can change my name?0 -

Thanks geordie_lass for your helpful post. Up to now we've all been reporting the cheaper items to buy regardless of their quality. Personally I don't like wipes, but try to get things as cheap as possible and it is great to know other people's opinion on these items or else I'm stocking up on something I won't like (like the sanctuary day creams spf15, which make my skin look shiny and now I'm trying to give them away to my niece and cousin).
Any other recommendations for the use of the £5 skincare voucher?
I can't vouch for it*, since I've just finished my first P&P and started using the time delay one (time delay winkle reducing night serum, £10), but someone from this forum (1000 apologies, but it's the second time I quote your "investigation" without remembering who you are) looked at the ingredients and realized that the time delay night serum (£10) is the same composition as the N7 p&p, which actually makes sense since N7 and TD are made by boots (as is sanctuary) and most products can be found in both ranges, but in TD without the price premium. I stocked up on when there was a £5 till voucher and the leaflets and it was almost free. I also got a couple reduced at the time to £5, so free with the voucher!!
I know all of these (great) offer are over now, but I mention this because one of you may be planning on buying the N7 and may give a try to this one for £10-£5=£5 (and earn another voucher!!!). HTH
* as a matter of fact, neither can I vouch for the p&p. I'm 32, so I use it occasionaly more out of "faith" than because I see clear results.0
