Lucy work was ok - the usual, however i did get a lift home as it was quite late last night

Another two weeks and I can concentrate on my health and diet again! The mortgage has been confirmed and we move on the 9th October (we had to vacate this rental property by the 16th so talk about cutting it fine!), so this will give me 10 weeks approx until Yule/Christmas and I am HOPING to lose 12 pounds by then!
So as soon as I move I am going to start tracking my food and exercise with Weight Loss Resources and I want to lose the lard!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Hi all.... sorry not been around I'm not at work at the mo due to moving so PC access is limited. The PC round the old place is still linked up so having a sneaky peak... lol
Anyway I've lost 6lb since last Monday, so really pleased with that!! And that was with having 1 choc bar, some chips, and a few sweets.... I really need to knuckle down and do it properly soon but at the mo it's chaos with the move.
