I've had loads of comments.
The real funny ones are when family members I've not seen in ages nearly walk past me because they don't recognise me!
Kathy - if your clothes feel looser perhaps you have lost inches rather than weight this week. I've had that happen to me in the past.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Ha ha when I lost weight the best response was from my ohs best mate, i waved at him while i was sitting on the bus, he looked at his girlfriend a bit puzzled, and it took for me to get off the bus and walk straight up to him to realise it was me!! He swung me round and his girlfriend didnt looked too pleased haha. I cant wait till im a size 12 again, I wanna make it sooner rather than later!!

It's a great feeling. And I've found some really strange differences with peoples attitudes. Men especially.
I have doors openned for me now. I have nice attractive men smile at me in sainsburys or when I am walking down the street. I've even been honked at by 18yrs old boys in their Corsa! (Actually the last one was a bit scary!)
I'm pretty much a 14/12 at the moment, it depends where i shop, but I am determind to be a good size 12 by Christmas and a 10 (If i can manage it) but the time I go on holiday next year (hopefully May) but that may be pushing it a bit!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
I dont think its pushing it at all lucy, youve already ost over 4 stone in just over a year - getting to a size 10 should be a breeze!!

I've never been a size 10 and the thought scares me a little. I look at some of my clothes now and try to work out how they actually fit me!
Does anyone else look in the mirror and still see what I call fat me?? I know I have lost the weight and i can see some of it, but not all of it.
My OH saw a 'fat me' picture the other day and can't believe how different I look, he is very proud of what I have done so far.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
I feel gutted that i have slowly let it creep back on over the past 2 years, like u my oh saw a pic of me when i was about a stone and a half heavier than i am now, and he couldnt believe how different i look! cant wait to get back to my slim self, although i know what u mean, at a size 12 i still didnt consider myself to be thin enough if you know what i mean, but i definately will this time, im gonna have a massive party wen i do it!!LBM 29/07/ 07

I'll be there. I nearly cried the first time I bought a size 12! My Mum did a little dance.... I think they other women in the changing room thought we were mental!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0

I've never been a size 12, let alone a 10! Pretty sure I went straight from Puberty to a size 20! Have been a solid 18 for a couple of years now. At least in the past 3 weeks I can at least 'imagine' myself actually getting to a 16. Or even, gasp, a 14! Am slightly worried i'd lose my boobs if i shrunk anymore than that though0

I don't know about that. When I started losing I was an E and 4 stone later I'm now a D, so not that much movement really (although when I was measured last the woman said 'your coming up at a B, but that has to be wrong'!!!)
I'm with you on always being overweight, I was ok until I was about 8 then it all went wrong from there on in.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0
