Magazine offers - DISCUSSION THREAD ONLY

Did anyone get the tigi set with essentials? mine never turned up so I phoned and basically had the woman telling me I had only paid for 3 for £1 when i had the letter confirming it. She eventually caved in but they had all gone so I have had to settle for a Simple gift set instead. Why are some gifts so easily sorted while others are a nightmare?

I would phone them now if I were you, as she definitely said there were none left in stock. She gave me a choice of a Rimmel set, Toni and Guy or the Simple set, it was the best of a bad lot really! I would have gone for Toni and Guy but have enough shampoo to sink a ship since I discovered Boots points!

Quick question: if the offer says new subscribers, does your bank account for the direct debit need to be different if you previously subscribed to the magazine in question? The email and address is always possible to have access to different ones, whereas the bank account, at least for me, it is impossible... I imagine if I use the same subscription company, it might be problematic to get a bargain price (and often a free gift) all over again...

Alternatively, Can I "offer" the subscription to someone else, get the gift, pay using the same bank account?? :rolleyes:

when i subscribed to red it was a dr sebagh serum? but i got the caudalie set instead which is also good, but what if its something u didn't want??
