I hadn't heard of the dell outlet before this post, but I visited on wednesday evening and spotted a laptop for a very good price (Under £300). On thursday morning I recieved an email from dell with some word documents and a dell booking reference #. Also the money on my account is being held (I can't spend it, my available balance is nearly £300 less). My friend ordered from the dell outlet yesterday and he recieved an email with word documents followed by another email with full confirmation and pdf documents about 30 mins later. I have been waiting for a day. Does this mean mine is a misprice and they wont be delivering or do I just need to be patient? I am not aware of any attempts to get in contact with me, although I am in a big student house quite far away from the phone and am unlikely to hear it.

Did you recieve any sort of email confirmation from dell, Supertrooper before they phoned you? I don't know if the email they have sent me is confirmation enough that I will get the laptop. Does anyone know if they are legally obliged to send it me know they are holding the money and have given me a booking reference which looks a lot like a reciept?
