Icelandic smash and grab raiders eye up UK savers
So long ING, hello Landsbanki.
The Icelandic company that owns Heritable Bank (currently a top fixed interest payer) is set to launch a new UK savings account on Wednesday
in a bid to emulate ING's suceess.
Could the good times be back for savers?
We'll have to wait for their rate.
UPDATE
It's 5.2% and there's a 3 year guarantee to beat the base rate by at least 0.25%
