  • Was at Nottingham broadmarsh for 7:50am, before opening there was about 12 of us in total waiting to go in. Doors opened at 8, I was first one in (only because the door I was standing closest to opened first!)

I was the first one there at 7.40am, but chose the wrong door :o.

Didn't matter though as everyone was polite and friendly and I got everything I wanted. The main thing I was after was the crackers! I'm getting married in December this year and wanted 70 of them for table decorations. Only got a few No7 items as well as this, people who saw my bags must have thought I was a little bit....crackers!:cheesy:

Does anyone know what the stock was like at the retail parks?

well I was one of the first waiting outside meadowhall this morning (after driving from Leeds in the rush hour), was annoyed as when I was there the day before they had a few of the no7 ultimate sets and they had now dissappeared...also annoyed to see the staff shopping before they started work...the tills should be blocked out of sale times!!!!!!!!

Anyways I managed to get chilli pepper sets, gok sets, no7 eye set, sanctuary sets, some botanics stuff, some yardley/white company stuff (for the g/parents) some fellas miniture perfumes and FCUK sets and some little things......arms were aching by the end!
then got back to crown point (leeds) branch and got a chilli peppers eye set, a filofax, some photo cube things and again a few little things

Collected over 1200 points instore today....Now Im gonna have a look online and see if theres anything left :)

Not a bad day in all...but annoyed that I drove from leeds to meadowhall for opening time to find there werent any no7 sets :(

I was at Riverside, Giltbrook and Pride Park at the weekend, Giltbrook had maybe half an aisle, Pride Park had only one aisle with sale stuff then, Riverside had 2 aisles, but was mostly kids toiletries and mens stuff. Don't know what it would be like now - wiped out probably!

I was so lucky. Went to a very small Boots in Belfast straight after school drop this morning. They have just recently been taken over. They had a special sale delivery according to SA and had both Gok and No7 Ultimate . I got a couple of each. Mobbed by Mums who had just been on school drop. Then went to the two nearest big Boots - nothing. Was so glad called in wee one as wasn't going to thinking they would have nothing left. They had a few Gok left at 5ish today if anyone interested. Let me know and I could even go over in morning again and try to get them if Moneysaver unable to.
you def were lucky, I was at the big one on Donegall place for opening this morning and they had nothing good! Not one No7 set to be seens anywhere!
Only thing i managed to get was a Gorgeous foot set.

People seemed to be mass buying ANYTHING they thought was good value, some people had like 4 of the big blue instore shopping bags or a trolley overflowing with stuff I couldn't believe it!

Called in again on the way home from work and shelves were almost bare unless you wanted a hot choc cup or wrapping paper!

Then went into the store in castle court on the way home and managed to get an extracts bag with some bitsin for £3.75, they didn't have much left either but a bit more that the big store.

This is for anyone who ordered an S&G hatbox for store delivery and has not yet picked it up.

I have just come back from having collected my hatbox. I asked the nice SA, who regularly serves me, what would happen if I decided I did not want it. She said I would get a refund and it would go on the shelf. I asked if I could do that, and she said of course. So, one hatbox for £12.50. If you don't ask the question, you don't find out the answer!

It was my first Boots 75% sale "experience" and I found it very civilised. I got mostly toys, lots of photo albums (for my new years resolution of sorting out photos!) and a few smelly sets. Very pleased indeed, worth getting up and out early for!

Well it certainly was not civilized in Folkestone. It was manic. I was there just before 10am women and men pushing and shoving, great bags of goods.
There was certainly no time to look it was grab and buy!
Walking downstairs with nothing, someone had left a basket full of goods so helped myself. brought two foot gift boxes and some No7 stuff for the wife!! And the basket was still overflowing!
