Nothing to be embarassed about, I had to get my brother to help me! lol

I went into 'Tools' then clinked 'Internet Options'. In the pop up window that appears you can delete all cookies, but be warned, you will have to log back into any websites/forums that store your log in details. I clicked 'Settings' under the 'Browsing History' bit and then clicked 'View Files' and looked until I found the stuff that had 'Body Shop' in the title and deleted it.

It worked for me. I hope it does for you too.

To delete cookies in Firefox: Tools -- Options -- Privacy - remove individual cookies: then hunt it down or delete them all (it is actually recommended you do that regularly, so no problem is deleting them all)

Internet explorer - tools - internet options - browsing history - delete - then select only cookies.

I tried to use the 30% off voucher, but it only deducted 15% off for me. So I used the £5 off voucher. Got myself £108.85 worth of stuff for £20.65. If Quidco tracks, it will be even less. Thanks OP :beer:

Sorry folks,
I am now well and truly confused.
I follow that you can only use one code.
Either free cranberry butter via Quidco - wys over £20
30% discount with code + free delivery
£5 off with some code I have now lost (!!)- has this expired ?

Trouble is my total INCREASES when I put the 30% code in - although it says it has given me 30% discount, it clearly hasn't, and it ADDS ON delivery:eek:
Same when I put a "Love your Body" card in my basket, I end up being worse off - and I don't just mean by the £5 fee !

I can never seem to go back and take out the code I have tried....the box has disappeared, so I end up having to bin everything and starting again.

Also, lots of things I select it says is out of stock - like the hemp hand cream and the cranberry hand cream, but also the cranberry body butter....does that mean even if I get the Quidco one to work, I won't get this free as they are oos ?
Pointless me using the code then

I'm very confused.
Will go to bed and see if it makes more sense after some sleep

Got 3 for 2 offers in glitch, free delivery, free boddy butter and 30% code worked. Hopefully Quidco will track too @ 18%.

Had to fiddle around to see which worked best so had to clear my cookies a few times..... The lip balm will be a great stocking filler and cheapest in 3 for 2.
