That Evans one is very thin....I looked at it the other day....more a "just nipping to the shops" kind of coat rather than a "keeping you warm" one.
Morning all
Ironing - done
Roast dinner - prepped and chicken is roasting - done
Kitchen pre christmas scrub - units/draws/tiles down one side emptied, scrubbed and put back...the other side will get done tomorrow...so half done.
Bedrooms tidy - Done
Washing sorted and put away - Done
3 bags of charity shop stuff sorted - Done
This afternoon will be dedicated to sewing, I got a lovely black tunic top on ebay last week but it's about 3 inches too long so looks like a tent...I need to take it up and in a bit....then need to crack on with some xmas pressies.

Personally, I would wash it on a 30 degree quickwash, then take it out quick, smooth it out, hang it on a coathanger somewhere reasonably warm and hope for the best. I don't ever dry clean anything though, and have only had one disaster."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

I might get this one and deal with the dry clean bit when I need to. What do you girls think

Looks lovely but how pleasant will flannel be when it rains

Spud I know you don't get to go very often but I got DD1 and 2 coats from Primark for £17 yesterday. They are warm and easy care....Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Oh heck you're right. It does need to be able to withstand rain
