I always lose brollys....I thought it was purple the first one....

Grr. The problem with my car lights is that the bulbs have gone so I need to go to halfords and buy more, and hope I can fit them myself as they charge a tenner. Of course, if I could leave it a few days, since it's a motability car, I could get it done free. But it HAS to be tonight because I HAVE to take sister to Skeggy monday night. And I don't have enough money in my account, I know that's what an emergency fund's for, but mine's in the credit union. So I'm going to have to rob peter to pay paul until tomorrow when I can get to the CU and put the money back into my account.

I REALLY hope bulbs are easy to fit.

Ames, i have changed my bulbs in my car, the difficult bit was getting the plastic section which holds the bulbs unclipped.

following on from my sister setting up an Amazon wish list for her and my niece for Xmas and birthdays now they are in Canada, I thought I'd do one - it's really hard to think of what to put on it!! I've managed some fancy shower gel, chocolates, a posh le creuset dish (fantasy time with the cost!) and some garden shears with telescopic handles - and I hate gardening

No spares in the boot. My hands are never supple! Anyway, I'm going to try and change them in Halfords' car park, if I can't manage it then I'll have to pay the tenner for them to do it. Will I need screwdrivers and stuff to get the casing off?
