Clubmobile -where are they??

I've just sent off my last bill for a cash refund, but it doesn't appear to have arrived, even though I've sent it recorded delivery. (Post office Tracker shows "problem in delivering"). Their web site is down and Celltalk's telephone line is also "temporarily" unavailable. Has anyone else been able to contact them in the last couple of weeks or have they disappeared completely with my money too!

i have the same worries. sent my last cashback claim in on 8th june - still waiting to be paid. sent an email, quoting clubmobile etc, to
service@celltalk.co.uk
i got a reply in 53 mins, which surprised me, saying i should be paid soon. of course, could be a brush-off, but at least someone replied and quickly! there may be hope....
their website 3phones has also been taken over bymobileshop.com. who knows whats going on here.....

I have had trouble getting in contact with Clubmobile too, until I found a freephone no on the website which is: 0800 195 5442. The people I spoke to were very helpful and I have received my cashback within a month of phoning. Hope this helps!0

Thanks to all for the useful info. I emailed Celltalk directly from their website and managed to get a "real person's" direct reply. She confirmed that my bill had not been received in the system and indeed the tracker on royal mail still shows no update on delivery and the post office can only advise that I have to wait 15 days to get any compensation from them. However, she gave me two fax numbers to send it on to: 0871 220 4616 and or 0871 220 8084 with her job title and name -Customer Services Administration Manager -Melanie Booysen. I've followed up with an email to ask if this has now been received. The reply was a bit vague ...."You will receive a text once your bill has been processed". So I'll wait a couple of days and follow up on the free phone number given by samabe10 and also send the bill in pdf format by email to Melanie, just so that I can cover all options.0

got my cashback, in my bank, yesterday (claim faxed 8th june). so, hopefully, they are trying to sort out whatever troubles they are in, properly (be it closing down or taken over).
hope it works out ok for everyone else.0 -
Rang the 0800 195 5442 and after a 15 minute wait, they put me through to customer sales. I asked if I was speaking to Clubmobile. Advised no, but that they were dealing with all their enquires. Regarding mine personally it has been confirmed for payment and should be paid withing a couple of weeks. Oh I hope so.... Thanks to all the helpful replies0

I have been waiting for cashback from them for ages. I faxed my bill to them and they text me on the 8 Nay to say that my claim has been approved.
I have exchanged emails with Melanie Booysen and she has assured me that I will be paid.
