Friend doesnt want to go on holiday....

Myself and my friend are due to go on holiday.
Due to a falling out she has decided she no longer wants to go. I have been unable to find anyone to take her place so the holiday has to be cancelled.
I am the lead name and the holiday was paid on my credit card. She gave me the holiday balance in cash. There were no witness's to the transaction. She says that I am being unreasonable by not providing her with the information to cancel and that she has emails to prove that she has asked me for this information and I have refused. All I have said is that I am the lead name and why should i give her the information just because she has decided not to go.
She is now threatening me with small claims court saying she wants the itinery by wednesday otherwise she is taking me to court and as she has her bank statement saying that she withdrew the money then she will win.
I dont know what to do, so any advice is much apprechiated

surely you need to resolve the problem that you have with each other - i would advise her that you wont be able to get a refund and therfore you either take it or lose th money and you feel that it would be a good way of resolving your issues

What is she going to do with this information? - She thinks she can phone up and cancel her part and get a refund, she has also said that she will get a sick line to say she is unfit to travel.
Why are you unwilling to give this information to her? - Because she has been really nasty since the fall out and i dont see why I should send her it. If she doesnt want to go then she should accept losing the money. I want to go and have tried to sort things out. She has been nasty and abusive since the day we fell out. I tried to sort things out for the sake of the holiday and she refused.

The holiday has been paid in full. Departure date is 26/9/09. Total cost £820. Payment was made on my credit card for full amount, she paid her half in cash, like i said no witness's to this.

She has basically got a new man and has ditched her friends. I have tried to sort it out and she now says she should have never booked the holiday. Im out of pocket becasuse she has changed her mind! I havnt done anything to upset her so much.
You cant get money back because she has changed her mind, thats not on.
Basically what I need to know is...
1. Will any court action she raises against me stand up?

why dont you go alone? if the holiday has been paid for you will lose most of your money. tell your 'friend' you are not cancelling you part of the holiday and if she wants to go she can but if she choose's not to its her loss. then tell her to phone ABTA and get advice form them as to where she stands... or CAB...
I dont see why you should be out of pocket because she no longer wants to go away with you.
