Congrats on the newborn gill......techie question ...have posted this on the techie thread but not sure if you all read it.....will a new router change my IP address? I 'm still blocked on my PC and can sometimes get mocs via laptop, but not always...get Aunt Bessies and those that are direct on couponnet, but couldn't get Domestos via link from couponnet...very odd...also the Hovis 40p , just get a page with details about the bread after it says click here to print coupon...no box to click on to print...as couponnet are now recognising IP addresses( it does say that under the coupons now) ...will a new router changer the IP,I think I have a dynamic at the moment , as it does change if I unplug it.....after had tried to get the Domestos here, went to daughters and tried there but still no luck....brain really hurting now...

My local t will only allow me to use one coupon with each shop. they have also refused the moc, as i didn;t have the item.
    HELP!!!!!!

It's been said before and I think it's in the FAQs in the first few posts, it's worth newbies reading through the FAQs to get confidence and ideas of what to do and say.

Basically start 'softly softly' in your local by carrying a copy of the coupon policy from page one here on this thread. When refused or told 'just one' ask for the Supervisor and show them the policy wording. Be confident that it IS right, it IS national, it DOES mean one of each coupon and there's NO reason you shouldn't know it, as an internet-savvy customer. The policy is not publicised by Tesco but is known by word of mouth and is in their training books, and has basically been 'in the public domain' for years. In other words it's like a badly-kept secret!

Don't let them embarrass you; deep breaths and remain calm! E.g. 'that policy's not from the Tesco website' - your (polite and friendly) answer: 'no, I didn't say it was, it's from a shopping forum but it is the correct wording from Tesco head office, please check with them if you are not sure'.

If you don't want all this hassle at the till then instead take the policy wording straight to the CS desk on arrival instore and ask why they didn't 'follow the national coupon policy' last time you were in? Take it from there, show the policy wording, don't be fobbed off by a clueless CS person, ask for a Manager, ask for them to phone HO if need be...:o

Never ask 'what's your coupon policy here please?' Never!

HTH, let us know how you get on. :D

FF, if you post your T location, maybe somebody from here will be kind enough to give you some advice via PM for number of coupons, which store will accept coupons, etc.

anyway spotted the offer on the virgin wesite for the free netbook :j CLICKY LINKY
decided to try and get the netbook for our 9yr old son , after a 15 min phonecall with the sales team i managed to get the netbook for a one of payment of £50 :T:T no contracts to sign/change, no price changes for the services we allready have , just paid £50 over the phone and netbook is being delivered between 9 & 6 tomoz :D

I don't know how you did it Sandancer, but just spent 1 1/2 hours, 11 different people and various depts and basically been told unless I increase my package to XL for everything and increase the contract to 24 months, cannot get this  I have been with them for approx 5 years and told them a "friend":D had been offered the netbook with no changes, but basically told me can't have it. Thnaks anyway, was worth a try.
