i would go see a solicitor like i said in my first post i dont know if a contract needs to be looked over by some one or it is an agreement with the two parties if i remember first month your billed 300+ and 100 every month for the next 12 month.
i little advice to the people new to adwords, read about it and do it your self it's a hell of a lot cheaper and easy even for the novice.0 -

How is it that someone receives a call at home, and ends up giving out all their financial details??
Surely even the simplest of people understand not to give out this kind of information...... or do they simply congregate here??0 -
when they call they offer a trial for 2wks for £20 so then they need the info. After the 2wks is up they will bill you £100 that is the monthly fee plus £200 setup fee plus VAT. to cancel the trial you have to write to them by recorded delivery and it needs to be there before the 2wks are up.0

I have also been caught out by this company. I get calls everyday from companies offering this kind of service so I didn't think anything untoward was going on. I was looking for a way to promote my shop on Google etc as we don't come up on one specific search, so a 2 week trial sounded like a good idea. However, after 6 days they took £345 from our bank account and when I phoned to query it, they apologised and said they would refund the money straight away as it was their error. No such luck, they has since said they would do a bank transfer straight away when that failed they said they would send a cheque and that hasn't turned up either. I have now reported them to the police who were very interested in this company, I reported them to the fraud department at my bank and the trading standards office who are investigating my claim. So lets see what happens to these con artists.0
