About 30 admit it you want me sets going through £1.14 each, but also 3 for 2...so 3 sets for £2.28
  • I know someone else mentioned this the other week so thought I'd share. twice now I have come out in sore red patches under my eyes (where my dark cricles normally are  ) and have now eliminated all other culprits except the No7 illuminating eye concealer brush pen thing :( . Just thought I would warn you guys!

I have not had a problem with sensitivity to other eye makeup before but a bit bothered now as it is quite sore. Can anyone recommend a good concealer that's for sensitive skin or that they have found to be gentle?

For under my eyes i've used clinique airbrush concealer, benefit boi-ing and YSL touch eclat all without problems. There would be testers of all of these in boots if you wanted to go in and try them first. Make sure you take the concealer back instore and explain the reaction that it gave you, you should be able to exchange it for a more suitable product. x

  • I was quite cheesed off today. I went to Chelmer Village, Chelmsford store and tried to use blinkie, £5 ACM +GWP. SA refused and said I could not use ACM voucher and blinkie. I told her I had used both the other day but she said it isn't allowed now. I had to pay £13.xx to get the GWP so not happy although it was made better because I had £6 of gift vouchers.

I then got a couple of the reduced CW sprays total £2.08 less £2 haircare voucher. As the CW was reduced I didn't want to go to the main tills so went to the pharmacy and it all went through OK. I wish I had done this when trying to get GWP. Also my GWP didn't have the 250 point voucher but I knew that by looking at the code. All the GWP had the same code so I didn't have much choice. I also bought the Olay face wash less £5 so 86p to pay. I got 2 of those as I had 2 face care vouchers.
  • ok, so i am planning my first MSE style Bootsing tomorrow!EEEK I am so excited!!
Am going to pop into Boots in Buchannan Galleries, in Glasgow on my lunch hour from college!
I have a £10 voucher to use (courtsey of Valued Opinions) and have a few questions before i go!
How do you know a product is reduced? I've heard people saying it scans though the till at a different price, is there a way of spotting these things? Cause if so, that would be great!
Also are any new promotions starting tomorrow? (i don't know when the new promos for Boots launch, is it a Mon?)

    Thanks!

Someone mentioned that sometimes the SEL has been highlighted even though the price has not been changed. The product then scans at a reduced price. I think a lot of the time it's luck and reading what others have managed to get at a reduced price.

Someone else mentioned that the promotion change over day is usually a Wednesday.

Apart from the L'Oreal Mens Anti-Fatige kit (which didn't have a SEL at all under it) I've only seen the reduced price on the SEL itself, or on a little white sticker saying "clearance" and the reduced price on the product.

Think this happened to a couple of people last year. My suggestion...spend the extra points! That way they cant be taken back ha ha!
