  • Well they have won me over now as I'm very impressed that they take the time and effort to post on message boards and address problems like this

That's not very nice of her. I'll have a word as soon as she back from her holiday. She actually left on Sunday, hence no response.

I've got a record of both of your e-mails and I will call you first thing tomorrow morning to discuss. Are you sure you want to leave us?

Have a good think, sleep on it and we'll discuss it over a coffee before 10am.

    Best regards

Looking forward to you phone call Liam, is this 10am in South Africa or 10am in the UK? I'm not usually in a very good mood if awaken before 8am :)
In hindsight should have emailed you instead of Samara had I had a cristal ball and known about her holiday!

What are the excess bandwidth charges over the 5GB cap?

It is £2 per gig after the 5gig allowance! it cost me £20 last month for a few downloads extra - so now i am with Ukonline - no caps (AUP) - delighted!

    Hi Littlereddevil,

Madasafish support is actually based in South Africa and its great.

Why don't you e-mail me at custserve@madasafish.com with the subject line ATTN: LIAM and we can discuss what your requirements and what you are unsure about re: joining Madasafish.

    Best regards

Based on my experience...YES - the problem was solved in the end. BUT it took a it of calls. I'm sorry Liam but your helpdesk does need some work on it. I've waited up to 30 minutes during the day before giving up. The answers I got from the helpdesk initially weren't always the best either. As I said before I can recommend them but the helpdesk is not perfect. I shouldn't have had to have posted my complaint on the MSE board in the firstplace to force an answer from your company.

Compared to NTL or Tiscali though they can't be faulted.

    Hi all,

Just thought I would add my comments.

I am thinking of signing up to Madasafish and as such have done a bit or research on the https://www.adslguide.org.uk website

I have noticed that if a registered user of the aforementioned website posts a complaint or a comment, about Madasafish, on their chat forum then Samara usually replies directly, just as she / he has done on here.

Customer service is one of the most important features that I will take into account when choosing my Broadband supplier, because I am not a 'teccy'.

In view of the fact that customer support at Madasafish actually take that time to read, and more importantly post their comments on forums such as this, then they are currently top of my list of potential broadband suppliers.

Still mulling it over, I will be sorry to leave Fast 4

    Leo
