I've also got £130 of Choice Vouchers but am glad to be able to tell everyone that my panic is half over. Having spent yesterday and part of this morning trying to phone Farepak I came across a contact e-mail on the Farepak website (Xexec website still down). A short e-mail and a couple of hours later I got a satisfactory reply. All I need to do now is e-mail them a few details and then send the vouchers back and they will send me my choice of voucher as a replacement. Phew I thought I had got to do a lot of money saving to get this tidy sum back. Hope this helps someone.0

I presume you got them from the same place as me. I have just typed up a draft of the reply to you that I was going to post on here and thought I would check Farepak's website again and they have now done the right thing and put a big box up in the middle of the screen telling you what to do if you have bought Choice vouchers from them. Hope this helps. Got to get round to packing the vouchers up and sending them back. I have got much better things to do tonight but I am so relieved.0

It doesn't matter if you've cleared the account - the credit card company is jointly liable with Farepak (who operate the Xexec voucher scheme) for the vouchers proving worthless (IF the value of the transaction was over £100, as it was in your case).CarolTheExtra wrote:I don't think the credit card is an option now as I ordered them in December and always pay my credit card off in full. I must get through to Xexec Voucher Shop but can't seem to contact them. They sell lots of different types of voucher but I am sure the Choice one is probably their best seller.
But, as you've later posted, Farepak are sorting things out so there's no point going down the chargeback route.0

I returned my Choice vouchers (6 x £10) on 13FEB but haven't heard anything from Farepak since. The week before that sent them an email to let them know in advance I was returning. I think this was before they set up that form on their web page to fill in. Has anyone had any success in getting their Choice vouchers refunded in another form?0
