  • So sorry for not getting back to you all sooner. The measurements for the c17 books are 7.5 inches wide and 9 inches tall.

Im moving to a new area in december and want to carry on my avon there but cant find out who the asm or sl are. Ive rang avon who said they would email the asm in the area to get in contact that was 4 weeks ago and ive never heard anything. Does anyone have any ideas where i can find out the asm of an area. Thanks in advance.

I really feel the credit crunch is starting to bite now, ive gone from 500 pound orders to 150 and its really annoying me. Even the pink brochure with U on didnt help im really hoping the christmas one does well. Anyone else feeling this?

    Hi Guys!

When you put brochures in hairdressers etc, do you go back to collect order forms or do you ask people to email orders etc to you?

Melvis; I always go back to the salons/hairdressers! Its more friendly, you can let them know the date you will be back with their products then! Hopefully they will then have money on delivery!

Quick question, how do people get their deliveries when they work? Just that I cant seem to get them to put a Safe Location down at all and now i keep missing them. My neighbour is in so he said he would take it today but theres no guarantee that he will be in all day. What do you all do? or do you not all work full time. x
    Hi there

I work full time (and part time!) but have my Avon order delivered to my work address. If I have time on the day I sort out the stock for work colleagues and new brochures and take the rest home. I think you can change your delivery address online

  • I've changed it about a million times and it still wont change. I work for a big company so dont think they would let me get it delivered here :-(
I'm in the North east and i've not been here long so dont know anyone to ask if they would mind taking it in for me either. Dont want to leave it outside either so i dont know what to do really. Seems a bit stupid that they only deliver monday-Friday as well :-(

Any ideas on what to do would be appreciated? x

  • I had the exact same problem, so I rang up the delivery company and asked them if they could start leaving it in my shed (its empty so I'm not worried about anything getting nicked) But if i forget to leave the shed unlocked they always stack them up in my backyard where its out of sight of passers by.

Don't ask Avon to change your safe location, I tried that for about 6 campaigns in a row on the website and it made no difference, try contacting your delivery service :)

  • The one i would ask for redelivery? Right i will do. Did you just have to tell them once and then he kept doing it? Or do you have to ask everytime?

I havent got a shed but think it might be worth getting one just for that reason lol!! I dont live in that nice a area and have been burgled a few times so i am a bit worried about leaving it outside. Might just ask them to leave it round the side gate so no one can see them will ring them and see x

  • There was mention of bigger cities getting a central collection point where people could pick up their orders when they had time, would be good if this rolls out. My delivery comes at 7am so I was always able to get it before going to work - maybe check with delivery company and see what could be sorted? (you can usually pick up at depot of company if they miss you?)

The depot that it gets delivered to closes at 5pm :-( and i dont get home until 5.30. I might give them a ring and see if there is any way of them delivering it before i leave for work. Do you think thats to cheeky?

Well i've just rang my depot and they have said that they cant leave it in the garden for me as it has to be secure but that they will get a spare garage key off me and lock it in there everytime they come. Suppose it comes down to trust. He said that quite a few people do that though and we have nothing valuable in there. so will see :-) Feel better now. Thanks for all the help
