A client of mine just sent me this E-Mail he got from them.

Yeah, been with them for about 2 years now, they aer the best I have ever been with. And they give me free money
(they over charged me one month when I had changed package, I emailed them demanding the money back within the 48 hours, got that months payment back, one month free and £5 credit as a good will gesture :j) I can't fault them in the slightest. I cant agree more with you, i see all these posts about tiscali being crap, ive never had one problem with them. ive been with them for 3 years, and like yourself i was over charged one month but the next month they made for up for it as they charged me less. I pay for 1mb and im gettin speed of over 3mb. Also ive been given free adsl modem by them wen my one went bust and wen i went over to wireless and when that bust up they gave me another one free of charge, even though i bought it from them like 2 years ago.
All my uncles/family now have tiscali, and none of us seem to have any problems, touch wood0 -
