    Hi all

Penny-Pincher - Hope you feel better soon and have a fab holiday.

Charlies_mum - Oh my gosh. He is SO gorgeous! I want to give him a home!!

Grey clouds here today, but it's FRIDAY! Woohoo! I dropped OH and 2 friends off at the airport this morning as they are off to a stag do  When will these near middle aged men grow up? Do they ever stop being boys?! Some of us girls left behind are having a pampering girly Saturday night which will be fun.

I hope everyone has a good Friday and a lovely relaxing weekend xxx

    Good Morning All

Dark & grey here in Essex which is contributing to the fact that I feel like i cant be asked to do anything today.

Will put some washing in when OH brings it down (can only hold 1 thing at a time in my good hand)

Plans are to go to B&Q & pick up the toilet and basin for the downstairs cloakroom then off to a local village to a lovely tile shop. I know I will find something I like there. Am soo excited about having the kitchen done and soo scared about the mess, especially as at the moment cant clear up (beleive me the novelty of doing no housework has worn off now)

No idea whats for dinner - need to route around in the freezer.

    Have a great day all.

Churchmouse. I wish I had half your energy/willpower. Yoga is about as much as I can go and not that early in the morning.

Good luck with the blood test Funky Fairy

Day at home today. So far DW, BM and WM on. Kitchen tidy and beds made.
Still to do... Floors and (ironing) No I haven't done it yet.:shhh:

Hairdresser coming to transform me at 12 then the girls have gymnastics after school, followed by finishing off Easter Bonnets for parade tommorrow.

 OMG!! have just remembered I promised traybakes for the sale tommorrow. So add that to the list. think I'll do fifteens as they're no cook and a bit different in Scotland.

  • Charlie's Mum: Well, if that dog doesn't have the air of a well brought up Victorian gentleman around him then I'm a dutch man.

Not going to post really today - it'll only be more of the same and I've had two bouts of crying already today. Was going to mention feeling so down to the District Nurse but unfortunately it was the one that I know slightly and didn't feel comfortable with that. Got a real strong headache now. OH last night said well we can go out for a meal tonight - I'd prefer a bit of help and to feel appreciated..... Right off to my list of chores - and the Nurse today said she hoped I was getting lots of rest and not doing everything :rotfl:
But I'm going to say this once, and once only, Gene. Stay out of Camberwick Green :D

    Hi Everyone

Had a good evening last night. Went shopping and went out for a light meal then to a place where we had a coffee on comfy couches by the fire near us:)

Got a note of interest from the people abroad and are coming to see it next Friday morning (30th)

The people today seemed keen but I don't take notice of words - action is the way!

I really appreciate the support and friendship I have had from you all, especially during this hard week:)

:rotfl: :rotfl: Not energy, nor really willpower, if I don't go while still semi-comatose, I don't go!:o And as mentioned before, if you met me you'd not think I knew the address of the gym, let alone had any acquaintance with it:rotfl:

Fifteens!!! Oh yum, yum:D My friend used to make these lots, she did give me the recipe, but i never made them and lost it. Now she's moved away. Remember it was 15 of each, but how much condensed milk, or have I got the wrong thing? If you need an official taster, I could jump on a train, nothing else very pressing today:D

15 digestives (broken), 15 cherries, 15 marshmallows and 1 standard tin of condensed milk. I will send you a virtual taste later.;)
I make a real pig of myself while the mixture is still wet.:o
