    6.5% with an FSA/FCS guarantee.

BTW with $100 oil, Nigeria is no longer the basket case it once was.
In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:

Because of FSA safeguards and Banking Code membership I would have no worries about holding deposits in this account. However, I am not going to because ICICI provides a strong rate guarantee and I don't want to have to lose interest transferring money from one account to another (via my current account), only possibly to have to move it again soon after because the new account is no longer so competitive (I have made this mistake before!).
  • Put your money into nigeria, the fraud capital of the world, itll be amazingly safe.

Its hard enough persuading UK companys to keep your details safe.

I'd have no problems depositing money with them. But there's no way on Earth I'd give them my phone number or e-mail address! ;)

Despite the FSA safeguards and Banking Code membership I would never put my money in a Nigerian bank as their lack of human rights is disgraceful.
