Do they only do this if the price charged is higher than on the shelf? Would they do it if the price was cheaper, because it's still a mistake!!!

The 10% total voucher value is a nationwide policy, you must be very lucky if you get away with more. Our local Asda's checkouts are plastered with the notices that they will accept vouchers but only 10% of total spend.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

Last time they made a mistake, Mrs A did`nt notice until she got home.
On her next visit she pointed it out and they gave her the difference but said she was`nt entitled to the £2 voucher because it has to be spotted on the same day.
When I told them they were making the rules up as they went along,they begrudgingly gave her one "just this once"0
