Saw this posted on Hit ukdeals thanks to MadJen. There are currently 9 kilo boxes of mini eggs available for £10 at Cadbury outlets, including Gloucester and Portsmouth (gunwharf):j

Loads of boxes in Gunwharf, also noticed 10 packs of creme eggs for 1.50 or 50 mini creme eggs for £2. Hope this helps

These places a total rip offs. There is one in Atlantic Village down Devon, and they do a bag of miss shapes for £3.79? The 750g bag?? Anyways, being from Birmingham, and having access to a cadbury card I went direct to the factory shop where these bags were selling for £1.

I bet down at Bournville these boxes of mini eggs are about £2.

Sounds like a fantastic deal - But who needs 9kg of mini eggs?......Not me! OK, I'd eat them if they were there.

Well we did actually buy 2 huge bags of mini eggs at Easter as daughter got married and we used them for favours so if they have a long shelf life and you are getting married next Easter might be worth getting LOL. We got ours from local cash & carry who said they were made for them by Cadburys and certainly tasted the same (well one has to check these things ;-) ) We paid £10 a bag too, tbh I cant remember what weight they were but they were big bags!
I agree that the Cadburys outlet shops are a rip off, most of the time you can buy stuff cheaper in the supermarkets than in there!

I'm struggling to understand what the shop being a rip off under normal circumstances has to do with this post? its 9kg worth of chocolate for £9! surely you can't get cadburys chocolate in this weight cheaper??... can you?

Yes, but these shops claim they are factory outlets... making you think your paying factory prices..... but I can tell you for sure, the prices are nothing like the actual factory outlet down in Bournville.

What I am saying is, yes its a good price... but I bet you these boxes a couple of quid down the actual factory shop in Bournville.
