I've made a crystal tiara.

Here is the tiara i have made for my DD. It has over 100 swarovski and 50 czech glass crystals.
Im also making the buttonholes and crystal bouquets.

Believe it or not it only took me about an hour.
(it actually took me a lot longer to pick the crystals up off the floor after DD decided thats where they should be)
There a lot easier to make than you realise.
I bought the tiara frame (£1), wire (£6 per 20 metre reel), and swarovski crystals (720 for £10) of ebay.
For those interested in making their own, i used non tarnish 24 gauge silver wire for the lily and then some super thin silver beading wire to attach the flower to the tiara frame. You will also need some fine point pliers to help you wind the wire ends around the frame and to get it nice and tight. I just used normal scissors to cut the wire.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

I am considering trying to make the Bm's tiaras now, not so much to save money but more that it may help take my mind of everything else for an hour or 2 wile i get angry at it being so fiddly!:rotfl:would love to win an ipad!
