There is a mutual feedback removal form that both parties need to fill in.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Quick Grabbit, Freebies, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning and the UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. Please note that Ambassadors are not moderators. Any posts you spot in breach of the Forum Rules should be reported via the report button, or by emailing forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com.

You'll both need to fill out a form and then the feedback you left each other will be withdrawn (the comment will still be available to see though)

oh thanks for that advice, its been really helpful,

many thanks :j0 -
Another way to remove the comment is reply to the feedback with a url and then get a mate to contact them saying you have a url in your feedback and all removed after they see it.Kind Regards

Very clever bill! Rob - you are not allowed to publish a web address in any feedback. Therefore, by putting one in and asking your mate to report it, saying it is a URL to their website, eBay will have no choice but to remove the negative feedback! I like!
The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing:)0 -
I found this one out, by chance. I used it 2 times now. Also works on mutual feedback.Kind Regards

Mutual feedback removal would work but the negative comments are still on your forum forever!!!! ---Although doesnt count in the actual score
This is my secret way to remove negatives:
After you received a negative feedback. Then, leave that person negative feedback as well by swearing (not directly but let's say f***, something like that). Nest, if you have friends use ebay, try and ask them to report they saw a swearing feedback - include the link and ebay will remove the feedback forever and ever. However, you and your buyer will not able to leave each other feedback afterwards!!!
no swearing in your posts please ... family forum

No because swearing will only get you suspended. The easy way.....
ALWAYS...
Leave feedback after other person has done.
Right.....
Once a person or has left neg feedback, then I suggest you leave them feedback like "Waste Of Time, No Payment, No Contact" now that doesn’t violate eBay’s terms and conitions does it. Now then after you have left the bad feedback, leave a few days, so the other person can see you have negged them and then go here:
http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MFWRequest
where you can go through the mutual feedback removal. If the other person wants there feedback that you have left them removed, then they will go down his route. eBay removes the bad point, but your still with the comment, o dear....
Reply to your feedback that the other person has left.
bit of a mix up Kind Regards http://www.sexypants.com/
This can be done here:
http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?PersonalizedFeedbackLogin
And then get your mate to contact eBay, telling them that you have a URL in your feedback and after a few days, wow its gone.
Hope this helps everyone with feedback problems.Kind Regards
