yes my sister is on sw and she said if you eat fruit whole or chopped its not a sin but if you mash it up or juice them it is
im on ww and it just says snack on fruit and veg but i dont mash them up anyway

Not sure if you're going to like the ingredients but honestly, the cake is delicious
a can chickpeas drained and blended
1.5 cups canderel
3 eggs
1tsp baking powder
1 lemon rind and juice
2 tbsp lemon curd
mix all ingredients place in small loaf tin and bake for 30-40 minutes at gas 4 180°C
and EAT!!!!!!!I haven't got one!0 -
i'd guess its just a processing thing, along the same lines of GI - the more you do to it before you eat it, the less calories you use up digesting it and so the calories it contains are proportionally more (does that make any sense?!)i can never think of anything witty to write :rolleyes:0

I'm home this weekend, so I can have my first weigh in on saturday, which is a little bit early, but at least it will giv me an idea! And hopefully I'll have come up with a solution (or some courage!!) by wednesday:undecided!

Once you have stepped through that door you will know you have done the right thing...... but like you said its having the courage to walk through it!
Mind you on the slimming world website you can work out what you can and cant eat and find out the same on there as going to a class.. theres even an online food diary which does the adding up of things for you.... just need to weigh every week to chart your progress. Good luck in whatever you decide though0 -

I'm sooooo intrigued about the chick peas now i think im gonna go buy some in the morning! Oh and a jar of lemon curd.......... what am i supposed to do with whats left over??? :rotfl:0 -
I have others which I will post when I've made and tested. I have made some before and they've been horrible. I must admit, if I'd known it had chickpeas in it I wouldn't have tried it but OBVIOUSLY glad I didI haven't got one!0

this is a nc ww recipe but i think you can have it on sw
strawberry and raspberry mousse
120g raspberries
150g strawberries
packet sugar free strawberry or raspberry jelly
2 egg whites
blend the fruit in a food processor. make the jelly with 150ml of hot water stir until dissolved and then add the puree and water to make 450ml jelly.whisk egg whites until stiff fold in jelly mixture and leave in a cool place to set
i havnt tried it yet as ive just switched to no count(nc)0 -
