We had the same problems, you will need to phone them and place the order. Great service though. Told my girlfriend it should take up to 28 days to be delivered, but usually takes around 10. The vacuum came the next day!0 -

My wife and I have one of these, We brought from qvc abot 2 years ago and they are great just ordered 2 1 for sister in law and 1 for motherr in law I too had to ring up they said 7 - 28 days for delivery

In my opinion these are better than Dyson. They have great suction, easy clean canister and filters, and the lift off part is great for hoovering the stairs and hard to reach places. I have had my Bissel for just over 12 months and i think its great0

Ive managed to order one online Many Thanks to op :T ....Ive had my 2nd dyson for about 2 years and its been useless I certainly wouldnt buy another one and it cost me just under £190 :mad: so for £30 this has got be a good deal and it gets good reviews on the net
